General Questions

Trevly is a free suite of eight academic calculators built around questions students actually face—GPA calculations, grade targets, attendance limits, assignment impact, and study planning. Every tool gives you a precise, actionable number, not a vague estimate.

Yes—completely free, with no exceptions. There is no premium tier, no feature wall, and no subscription that unlocks "the real version." Every calculator on Trevly is fully accessible to everyone, always.

No account, no email, no signup of any kind. Open a calculator, enter your numbers, and get your answer. That's the entire flow—nothing before it, nothing after it.

Trevly currently offers eight tools: GPA Calculator & CGPA Converter, Grade Calculator & Final Grade Needed, Marks Percentage Calculator, Grade Predictor & Improvement Planner, Class Rank & Percentile Estimator, Attendance & Absence Tracker, Assignment Weight Calculator, and Study Hours & Exam Prep Planner.

Technical Questions

All modern browsers are supported—Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera. For the best experience, make sure your browser is up to date. No plugins or extensions are required.

Yes. Every calculator is fully responsive and optimized for touch interaction on phones and tablets. The same tool that works on a desktop works identically on a small screen—no separate mobile version needed.

Start with a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R on Windows, Cmd+Shift+R on Mac). If the issue continues, check that JavaScript is enabled in your browser—all calculations run client-side and require it. Still stuck? Contact us with the tool name and a description of what's happening.

Accuracy & Results

Every formula is validated against published academic grading standards. Plus/minus grades are mapped correctly (A– = 3.7, not 4.0), weighted averages account for credit hours precisely, and edge cases are tested before going live. If a result ever looks wrong, tell us—we'll verify and fix it quickly.

Yes. The GPA Calculator supports the standard 4.0 scale, 5.0 scale, and 10-point scale. The CGPA converter handles all three for percentage conversion as well. If your institution uses a custom scale not listed, let us know and we'll look at adding it.

Absolutely. Most of what's on Trevly today came from exactly that kind of input. If there's a calculation you keep doing manually or a scenario the current tools don't handle, send it our way and we'll consider it for development.

🔒

Privacy & Data

No. All calculations run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to a server, logged, or stored anywhere. The moment you close the tab, that data is gone. Your grades belong to you.

We use minimal cookies for basic site functionality and anonymous usage statistics only. No personal data is collected, and no calculation inputs are ever tied to cookies. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Trevly runs entirely over HTTPS, meaning all communication between your browser and our servers is encrypted. Combined with client-side calculations, your data is protected at every point.
